Report Description

The Bill Entity Relationship Listing displays details for Bill Entities, the Clients they are associated with, and the relationship between the two. The Listing can be generated for a user specified range of Clients and Matters, and can be produced in four different formats: sorted by Client Number, by Client Name, by Matter Number, or by Matter Name.

Report details include the following: Client Number and Name, Relationship Description, Bill Entity Number and Name, % (i.e. the percentage of all Bills for this Client that the current Bill Entity is responsible for), Effective Date (i.e. Date this Percentage became effective), Entered Date (i.e. Date the Percentage was entered into the system), Active (i.e. status of the relationship: either active or not), and Billing Default (i.e. whether or not this Bill Entity is the Billing Default for the current Client).
